Child/Teen/Dependent Integrative Session

Service Description

Designed for children and teens experiencing Stress/Anxiety, Depression, Problem Habits (including self-harm), Fears and/or Trauma/PTSD. During session child will step into an empowering, supportive & safe space (and oftentimes even fun). Session begins by gently drawing out your child’s own, inner truth & ah-ha’s with the use of Empowerment Life Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment work, and often other modalities based on the child's age. This is either integrated with or followed by, Guided Imagery Hypnosis (and recording). In most cases, Advanced/Clinical Hypnosis practices and other modalities such as Play Therapy, Somatic Techniques Including SE™ , EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique AKA Tapping), DARE™ , Love & Logic™ & Conscious Discipline™ Skills/Trainings & other Holistic tools, including nutrition can be utilized. Child should leave feeling relaxed and empowered as well as feeling better able to overcome previous obstacles with more ease. NOTE: A REQUIREMENT of any ongoing Child Therapy is for caregivers to take part in, or watch / listen to the recording of, a monthly 50-75min "PEER Group" Meeting/Class (Parent Education Empowerment & Resource). The class offers trauma-informed resources and psychoeducation that also adheres to gentle/attachment/conscious parenting methods. We discuss neurobiology, relational neurophysiology, tools, reframes, and more aspects that are designed to help caregivers better understand what is going on with child(ren) and ways to best support them. This can be tailored to better work with your unique family dynamics (offered at a nominal fee for clients). There is a previously recorded 3-part series you will gain access to upon filling out the paperwork that is imperative to understanding the work that is being done to support the child. Each of the three, 1-hr class recordings will provide psychoeducation to better orient you to a more helpful role in supporting the child/teen during this process. *Sessions are roughly 50-70 minutes and can vary slightly depending on child’s age and beneficial place of completion for the session. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For Events/Workshops, there will be no refund once payment is made. A lot goes into reserving the limited space/seating and purchasing materials. If you won't be able to make it after booking please feel free to reach out to me and I can let you know if I can find someone to take your seat and refund your payment *ONLY IF* that is the case. For Sessions, no refund will be issued to a client who does not show up or is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. For your success, it is important that I am able to allocate the full time to your appointment. A service is considered fully complete when a session has gone for 15 minutes. Refunds will not be given after the service is complete. Due to the extensive preparation (1-2 hours per session), necessary for each session, a minimum of 24-hour cancellation is required, or the full amount of the session will be charged. I do understand that emergencies can arise - and will do my best to take each situation into account. Please let me know if something comes up ASAP so that I can try to work with you.
