Service Description

Designed for clients experiencing difficulty with Problem Habits and/or Health Issues related to Diet/Exercise/Behaviors, Food Addictions, Weight Struggles, and/or Body Image Struggles. During each session, client will step into a supportive, empowering & safe space. Session begins by drawing out your own, inner truths & ah-ha’s, as well as developing a plan of action with the use of Empowerment Coaching. It is then followed with an integration of such with: Deep Hypnosis and Advanced/Clinical Hypnosis practices (and recording), complimentary Aromatherapy, and other modalities such as Somatict/Trauma Healing (SE), Attachment Healing (DARe), IFS, Holistic Nutrition, EFT & NLP may also be utilized). Client should leave feeling empowered/relaxed as well as feeling better able to overcome previous obstacles with more ease. *Intake Session is roughly 90min. Subsequent sessions are between 50-100 minutes. **Limited Partial Scholarship options may be available for more pressing financial limitations, upon request. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For Events/Workshops, there will be no refund once payment is made. A lot goes into reserving the limited space/seating and purchasing materials. If you won't be able to make it after booking please feel free to reach out to me and I can let you know if I can find someone to take your seat and refund your payment *ONLY IF* that is the case. For Sessions, no refund will be issued to a client who does not show up or is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. For your success, it is important that I am able to allocate the full time to your appointment. A service is considered fully complete when a session has gone for 15 minutes. Refunds will not be given after the service is complete. Due to the extensive preparation (1-2 hours per session), necessary for each session, a minimum of 24-hour cancellation is required, or the full amount of the session will be charged. I do understand that emergencies can arise - and will do my best to take each situation into account. Please let me know if something comes up ASAP so that I can try to work with you.
